Frameworks in. A regulator-ready report out.

A framework you adopt suggests the risks it implies; those risks call for controls; the controls are evidenced; and that evidence is what the report shows — until you can stand in front of a regulator and show your position. Watch it flow.

Filed to the vault — a board-ready PDF, every line drawn from your records.

The real workbench: frameworks, risks, registers and evidence flowing into a regulator-ready report — nothing reaches the vault unseen.

Mapped to you

Only the frameworks that apply to your organisation — by type, who you work with, whether you have staff. No generic checklist, no noise.

Evidence, verified

The engine reads your vault and marks requirements as met when the real artefact is on file — a constitution, a safeguarding statement, a policy. Evidence, not ticks.

A report for every audience

Regulator, board, funder or risk committee — each produced from the same vault, so everyone sees the position in the terms that matter to them.

For organisations on the way to charity status

Setting up your governance practice to enable charity status

Not on the Charities Register yet? We set up the governance practice that charity status requires — your constitution, board records, core policies and conflict-of-interest register — organised against the Charities Regulator's published Governance Code. When you apply, the evidence is already in place.

We organise your governance, and we do it well. The registration is yours to make.

One vault

Every requirement points at evidence.

The frameworks, the registers and the reports all read from the same vault as your board minutes and your income records — one source of truth your organisation owns. A requirement isn't met because a box is ticked; it's met because the real artefact is on file.

Where this sits

Compliance has mostly meant a consultant's spreadsheet or a folder of policies nobody reads. EasyGovernance keeps the frameworks live, verifies the evidence against your vault, and is part of one platform — the same subscription runs your board portal and your income engine, all sharing the vault.

Common questions

What organisations ask first.

How do you know which frameworks apply to us?

You answer a short set of questions about your organisation — its type, who it works with, whether it has employees. We map the Irish frameworks that apply, from the Charities Governance Code to GDPR, Children First, the Companies Act and Revenue's CHY relief, and show you the requirements under each.

Where does the compliance guidance come from?

It's expert-authored against the Irish regulators' own published codes and legislation. You review it, edit it to your organisation, and adopt it — the platform organises the work and the evidence; you make the decisions.

What can the report show?

A regulator-ready report drawn from your real records — where each regulator stands, your control assurance, your registers, and what's still to do. There are board, funder and risk versions too. Each is produced from the vault and filed there as a PDF.

We're not a registered charity yet — is this for us?

Yes. We set up the governance practice that charity status requires — your constitution, board records and core policies, organised against the Charities Regulator's published code — so the evidence is in place when you apply. We organise your governance; the registration is yours to make.
