• Proper Authorisation Required: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all governance documents are approved through the correct organisational mechanisms, including but not limited to:
  • Board of Directors meetings and resolutions

  • Shareholder resolutions (where required)
  • Other appropriate governance bodies or authorised personnel
